About Pastor Ray

Pastor Ray Caudle III joined Regency Baptist Church in April 2026 as an assistant pastor. A life-long Texan, Pastor Ray currently works part time as an auto mechanic in addition to his duties at Regency.

Prior to coming to Regency, Pastor Ray faithfully served as youth pastor at Countryside Baptist Church. In May 2025, he graduated from Norris Bible Baptist Seminary in Fort Worth.

Pastor Ray and his wife, Rachel, have three children and currently live in Mansfield, TX.
