Growing as a Christian
When a baby is born, there are several steps of maturity that are expected to take place in that child’s life. They will begin to sit up, roll over, crawl, and eventually learn to walk. Those who accept Christ as their Savior also experience several steps in their Christian walk as they begin to mature in the faith. Sadly, many professing Christians remain as spiritual babies even after many years of salvation. What is worse is that the devil and his angels are fighting against all believers, mature and immature, and the immature Christian is unprepared for this battle. As a precursor to a series dealing with the Christian’s battle, Pastor Kevin Hymer is bringing several messages dealing with the importance of growing as a Christian.
